When you place an order at Matchday atelier, we treat it like match day prep. Every piece gets checked, packed, and shipped with the same passion you’d see on the pitch.

Processing Time

Your order kicks off within 1–2 business days.
During big drops, just like derby days the pressure is high, so it might take a little longer. We’ll keep you in the loop.

Delivery Times

Whether you’re supporting from the home ground or away, we get your gear to you fast:

  • Netherlands: 1–3 business days
  • EU: 3–7 business days
  • Worldwide: 7–14 business days

Every shipment comes with tracking, so you can follow your package like watching the build-up to a goal.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs & Duties

If you’re ordering from outside the EU, your local customs might add fees. Think of it as the away-game tax (not included in our pricing.)

Lost or Damaged Packages

If something goes offside; damaged goods, missing package, delayed delivery, contact us at info@matchdayatelier.com and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

RETURNS

At Matchday Atelier, we want every piece to feel like a win.
If something isn’t the right fit, you can return your item within 30 days of receiving it, no questions asked.

How to Start a Return

Before sending anything back, simply message us at
info@matchdayatelier.com
with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps, just like a coach setting up the perfect play.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Custom, limited, or unique reworked-scarf pieces may have special return conditions, which we’ll explain if applicable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once your return reaches our home ground and is checked, your refund will be processed.
Expect the funds to land back in your account within a few business days.
